Job Title: Field Service Engineer / Onsite Delivery Engineer

Job Description

1. Develop the overall delivery plan of the mobile robot project, follow up the plan, and correct the deviation in time;

2. Lead the on-site project delivery, and provide customers with AGV on-site implementation and technical support services;

3. Track, feedback and coordinate to deal with on-site product and technical problems, quickly solve customers' technical problems, identify and control project risks;

4. Provide training and support for customers in terms of technical parameters, product performance, and operations according to customer needs;

5. Cooperate with regional sales, be responsible for pre-sale functional demonstration, technical communication, PK with competitors, installation, testing, and abnormal problem handling during/after sale of products.

Requirement:

1. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

2. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science, electronic engineering, automation or related science and engineering;

3. Have good analyzing ability;

4. Strongly initiative, have a strong ability to work under pressure;

5. Good at learning and teamwork;

6. Willing to travel, overseas working experience is preferred;

7. Good communication skills.

8. Foreign language proficiency fluency: Professional working proficiency in Korean or Chinese required (equivalent to ILR 3/3/3/3 RLSW)
